About Exchange ：
Our original design could be eligible for exchange for different size/style if you are dissatisfied with your purchase given that the order fulfils the following requirements:
1. Pre-purchase arrangement - MUST contact us before your purchase so that we can advise the best fitting size . We will then remark on your order as "exchange possible"
2.The clothing must not be used except for the fitting (returning after photo shoot is strictly prohibited!)
3.Exchange request must be made within 3 days from the time you receive your item(s). Please contact us through Whatsapp/FB/IG
4.Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee via Sf express and the return order must be sent out within the agreed timeframe
5. Custom-made size CANNOT BE exchanged or refunded, however, if you encounter any issues, we are here to work out a solution. :)
